YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

At KVIE, we care about your privacy and our relationship with you!

Remember me?: By checking the Remember me box you are giving the site permission to put a cookie on your computer that will remember your user name should you wish to edit or update your profile, interests, or access your online donations.  Whether you check the remember me box or not we encourage you to save emails you receive from us regarding donations you've made online.

Physical or Mailing Address: From time to time, KVIE shares lists with other non-profit organizations as a means to attract new donors. When we do this, we only share name and address (no other information). We offer the ability for you to opt-out if you do not want KVIE to share your address with other non-profits. You will find this ability on mailings that we send to you, or you can send an e-mail to member@kvie.org, call 1-800-347-5843, or send mail to KVIE Membership Services / 2030 W. El Camino Ave. / Sacramento, CA 95833.

E-mail: Your e-mail address will only be used by KVIE and will never be provided to an organization outside of KVIE not specifically working on any e-mail or Web related project for KVIE business. To unsubscribe, follow the directions on any e-mail you receive or send an unsubscribe request to member@kvie.org.

Web Information: For each visitor that signs up for our email list, we collect only the information that is requested on the list signup form. Required fields are denoted with an asterisk (*). Our web servers may collect the domain name or IP address of visitors to our web page(s). Unless otherwise stated on our web site, we collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email and information volunteered by you such as but not limited to list signup information, survey information, and/or site registrations. We also may collect clickstream information. The information we collect may be used to create an aggregate demographic profile of our viewer and member base so that we can improve content and services and provide aggregate information to KVIE partners, to customize the content and/or layout of our email messages or pages for each individual visitor, to notify you about updates to our web site and services, to send you e-mail newsletter(s), to provide you with the products and/or services for which you signed-up or registered, which may include sending service disruption notices or other service- or product-related information via email, and is not shared outside KVIE without your consent.

Upon request, we will provide you with the information (e.g., email address, name, etc.) that we maintain about you. Our relationship with you is built on trust. We're committed to preserving it.
